At Lyxvyghunir, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D modeling education and ensuring our students' satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and course withdrawals.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. Our course enrollment cancellation policy is as follows:

14+ Days Before Course Start: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
7-13 Days Before Course Start: 75% refund of the course fee.
1-6 Days Before Course Start: 50% refund of the course fee.
On or After Course Start Date: No refund available (see Course Withdrawal Policy below).

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our admissions team at info@lyxvyghunir.world.

2. Course Withdrawal Policy

If you need to withdraw from a course after it has begun:

Within First Week (7 Days): 25% refund of the course fee.
After First Week: No refund will be provided.

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, family emergency), we may consider special arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Course Deferral Option

Instead of cancellation or withdrawal, you may choose to defer your enrollment to the next available session of the same course. A deferral request must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date and is subject to a $75 deferral fee. You may defer only once per course registration.

3. Digital Products and Materials

For digital products, downloadable content, and online resources:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital content, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Payment Plan Considerations

If you are enrolled in a payment plan:

Cancellations will stop future payments but will not refund past payments.
Refund calculations will be based on the full course price, not the amount paid to date.
Any outstanding balance must be paid if the refundable amount is less than what has already been paid.

5. Course Quality Guarantee

If you find that a course does not meet the advertised description or standards:

Notify us within the first three (3) sessions of the course.
Provide specific details about how the course differs from its description.
We will investigate your concerns and may offer a course transfer, partial credit, or other resolution.

6. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned to the original payment method. International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures.
